Summer colors are characteristically bright and bold, a loud proclamation of the season’s playful energy. Yet there’s another side in the shifts of the day when a quieter and softer moment emerges. It’s these summer scenes my dear friend, prop stylist Ed Gallagher, and I captured at PropHaus featuring some of our favorite products from SirMadam, Hay, and Hawkins. **Creative Direction:** For Wine Enthusiast’s May issue, I shot a series of global dishes that paired flatbread recipes with the perfect wines. We captured wine pairings for Mediterranean lahmacun, Georgian khachapuri, and Alsatian flàmmeküeche, all crafted from the same basic dough.
